Are you our new expert as Quality Analyst and Query Handler?
Business Unit Liquid Food, supply high quality process solutions and key components to the food producers (dairy, beverage and prepared food industry). We are experts all the way from pre-treatment and mixing/blending/ standardization/separation/homogenization/cleaning, to different heat treatment techniques and aseptic storage.
As a Quality Analyst you will have a key role in issue resolution and answer technical queries. The role also includes to support and/or drive to solve customer related technical issues. Your tasks will be to coordinate, administrate, assemble/classify and answer technical queries and to make investigations to find root causes in issues reported from market companies and other business units on relevant installed machine base.
You will work in a team that drive and handle issues and strategies related to quality. The team is situated in Lund but work in network with the six other Business Unit Liquid Food hubs and the global Tetra Pak networks including Clusters and Business Units.
This position guarantees you a daily contact with colleagues all around the globe via phone, WebEx, E-mail and Jabber.
Main responsibilities
• Receive, register, appoint responsible investigator and confirm technical queries.
• Answer technical queries.
• Suggest long term solutions on the technical queries.
• Be the publisher of Technical Bulletins (initiate, participate, distribute).
• Perform on site audits and troubleshooting activities to meet contractual performance.
• Be a super user for the Quality & Technical Issue Management (QTIM) processes and related tools.
Qualifications
As a person you are self-motivated with a drive to seek knowledge and added value. You have a systematic approach and good documentation skills. You have the capability to networking to understand and solve issues. Since you will be acting in a context with different perspectives you are good at handling change and are flexible.
To be successful in this position we believe you have a minimum of two-three years of working experience from Process Engineering, commissioning or as a Fields Service Engineer. You have a technical education, preferably with focus on food production and/or engineering. It is an advantage if you have on site experience of commissioning and trouble shooting and wide knowledge of Branded Processing Unit's and Key Components including functionality and limitations. Experience and interest from Problem Solving Methodology and automation is an advantage.
You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken is required.
