The role
We offer an interesting job as a Project Coordinator, a central role in the project team, where you will learn a lot by:
Compiling/extracting data and make cutting edge reports and presentations of project status
Moderate cross-functional follow-up meetings to secure deliveries
Work close together with Umbrella Project Managers to solve current needs according to the projects plans
Continuously improve ways of working together with other Project Coordinators and Umbrella Project teams.
We have several running projects in different phases and new exciting projects coming in.
Scania and TRATON have a good system support with internal programs and applications which you will learn when you start. You also need to find both Excel and PowerPoint both fun and exciting tools to utilize.
Your profile
As a person you are curious, a good listener and well-structured. You thrive when working in teams as well as individually and you can easily drive your own tasks with good result and ask for help when needed. You enjoy a dynamic working situation where agile and conventional development methods co-exist and you are not afraid of changing environments.
Facilitating meetings and presenting in larger groups in English (written and oral) is something you feel comfortable with.
You have a relevant education from a University, and experience from product development and project management. You both enjoy looking into details as well as seeing the big picture! If you have previous experience in Scania product development it is a plus.
