Are you the one we are looking for to join our Touchless team?
To further strengthen our team in Copenhagen or Gothenburg, we are seeking a Product Manager Touchless Technologies!
Our Touchless team is responsible for developing new technology and solutions for products mainly using iris recognition. We work with cutting-edge technology at the forefront of development, in close collaboration with other R&D departments and also other parts of the company. In contrast to the company's fingerprint technology, iris recognition is a touchless technology, and it uses IR-light to detect detailed iris patterns for recognition with very high accuracy.

What will you do?
As Product Manager Touchless technologies, you will be working very closely with the engineering and sales teams to identify and map business opportunities based on our technical capabilities, potential development directions and customer needs. You will develop the holistic view based on competitive analysis, business case analysis, and discussions with our sales team and customers. It is important that you have a deep technical understanding, as well as an interest in how to commercialize and sell technologies and products. The reporting for this position is to the group CTO.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Identifying business opportunities based on good understanding of technical capabilities, competitive situation, and customer needs
• Performing competitive analysis, including mapping of the field, pros & cons and trends analysis
• Creating decision material in how to prioritize between various opportunities and product development directions, including business case analysis
• Defining the product "go-to-market" strategy and developing relevant product marketing material
• Engaging in customers discussions to understand opportunities, needs and support sales teams, especially in the early engagement phase with new customers
• Supporting sales teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Maintaining products and solutions during their entire lifecycle.

Your professional and academic background
• Technical understanding of both HW and SW for electronics, and an academic background, with a Master in relevant technology areas, such as Microelectronics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent
• Experience in product planning and management, or related work tasks, preferably in a similar field and in an international setting
• Experience in business case evaluations and product roadmap planning, as well as requirement handling
• You speak, read, and write English fluently.

We expect you to contribute to the company's strategy and work proactively with market and industry trends. If you have knowledge in the areas of biometrics or optical systems, this will be regarded as beneficial (though not a requirement).
