Operational Excellence Specialist
In Global Services and Operations we aim to leverage the combined strengths of Group and Countries, and of Group Commercial and Group Technology. All to succed with commercial excellence, technology leadership, transformation program to enable the New Generation Telco.

PPMO and Operational Excellence secure that GSO is doing the right things in the right way by being responsible for Strategy, Portfolio Management, Business Planning, Project execution and Operational Excellence.
We are currently looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist who will be responsible to continuously improve performance in GSO, including E2E processes, leadership, employeeship, management system, processes, procedures and policies. We are looking for the best possible talent to help us reach our goals.
Job description
The main objective of the role is to continuously improve speed, simplicity and quality across GSO. The role encompasses the following responsibilities;
Supporting development in speed, quality and simplification of GSO Operating model. Secure operations are value-added and aligned with strategy, market, customer and countries demands and support of the New Generation Telco. This includes analysis, development and improvement of E2E processes, organisation, governance, way of working, leadership, employeeship, management system, processes, procedures and policies. Act as an agile coach to organisation Follow up and proactively improve KPI for the GSO by securing that management systems are developed to support future operational need cross the units Work actively with the organisation to identify improvements and support with implementation

Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the following experience and knowledge;
Proven ability to work within Operational Excellence Commuincate complex Operational items (connection and dependencies) in a simple and undestandable way Master the art of change management Proven ability of implementation Lean and/or agility Proven ability to be highly effective and adapt process according to changes Proven ability to work in international cooperation/alliances with different cultures Clear commercial business accumen
We also expect candidates to have a university degree in a Business or Engineering discipline as well as a complete fluency in the use of the English language, written and orally

You have strong interest in operational development and staying updated with the latest trends in the markets
You take accountabiliity You have a solution oriented and diplomatic personality and a natural ability to build new and strong relationships You ave strong track record of creating results and timely deliver and to quality measures You are Flexible and used to adapt to changes
