For our office in Stenungsund, with 7 employees, we are looking for a Local Purchasing Specialist & Office Coordinator.

Local Purchasing Tasks:
• Reports material in warehouse for Finland and Sweden. Checks price and quantity that is correct in Purchase Order. If it is not, contacts Central Purchasing EMEA team for correction/advice.
• Enters repacking orders, sends to Subcontractor. Makes sure there is enough material in stock to repack.
• Reports repacking order in warehouses (check price and quantity are correct), upon receipt of report from Subcontractor (Nordic Bulkers).
• Orders material from local vendors, in agreement with seller/customer service teams.
• Requests material from other local plants. Checks availability and cost price. Enters intercompany orders, requests delivery number to be created by Customer Service team at "selling" plant. Orders collection of material when ready. Reports interco into warehouses, after adding freight cost.
• Releases material from our warehouse at requests from other countries (before releasing discuss with commercial manager and customer service).
• Creates list of open purchase orders 1-2/week, to be sent to warehouse.
• Assists in annual stock and coordinates inventory in Nordic.
• Contacts with forwarders

Office Coordination Tasks:
• Incoming post, invoices and manage issues arising. Distribute coming invoices to the related departments.
• Health & Safety and Nordics work accident reporting (AFA).
• Reporting in warehouse list
• Quality: ISO Quality Audit coordination and documentation
• Freight and warehouse contracts & Plastics Nordic In-Box- Monitor and print out invoices
• Annual Stock Take for Finland and Sweden
• Telephone (exchange and personal mobiles)-manage bills/ordering services and hardware
• Nordics company car administration (ordering, invoices, petrol cards, reporting) and liaising with HR for providing required information for payroll/taxable purposes.
• Sweden employees' timesheets monthly collection and forwarding to Manager & HR for Manager's approval in a timely manner for payroll.
• Managing an overview of Nordics team vacation.
• Assists in Local Marketing e.g. Eniro etc & Kemicalinspection
• Office management (stocks, purchasing goods)
• Any ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Essential requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment with related procurement, logistics experience preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish and English. Any additional Nordic language is an asset.
• Studies in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and teamwork skills along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to administer the procurement and materials planning process and to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve procurement problems in a proactive manner.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work in an independent and autonomous manner.
• MS Office and SAP (Module MM) knowledge is preferred.
