We are looking for a local purchasing specialist & office coordinator Nordics.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Processing incoming customer requests and orders.
• Checking the orders against the customer and purchase order
agreements.
• Responding to customer product inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Instructing and liaising with the warehouses, plants and forwarders to
prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of the goods.
• Creating and monitoring outbound activities in order to complete the order.
• Invoicing timely and accurately
• Handling the complaints and returning shipments
• Supporting and interfacing the Sales Representatives
• Maintaining, updating and filing the customer documents, record and internal documents.
• Monitoring the credit situation of the customer and liaising with the credit department and the sales team.

Primary Requirements:
• Native in Swedish and fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Any additional Nordic language would be an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience Customer Service positions within a similar position/industry preferably.
• Business studies would be an asset but not essential.
• Experience in MS Office tools and ERP, SAP and Salesforce.com experience is an asset.
• Customer service-oriented attitude, multitasking ability and team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios
• Attention to detail and result oriented skills.
