About your job
You're a master of communication - providing strategic and objective communication actions to our business. Your main focus is our internal communication, and you create strong awareness, clear understanding and an increased pride of our direction, priorities, objectives, vision, and core values for all our employees across all relevant functions within the Rock Tools Division. Planning, drafting, editing and publishing content are essential parts of your weekly agenda. In addition, you're our face to the outside with the power to inspire, engage, and shape the perception of our business - protecting and enhancing our company's brand and reputation.
Your responsibility also include:
Actively maintaining high-quality internal communication channels and content.
Supporting stakeholders and internal customers in creating effective communication structures.
Providing training on communication policies, frameworks, and supporting tools.
Developing, implementing and ensuring the quality of communication policies and governance structures.
The location for this job is in Sandviken with presence on site at least three days a week.
Your profile
We're looking for a communications professional with a university degree in communications or marketing - or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. You have experience of working in large, international organizations and know how to quickly break down information, capture the essence and spread the word. You're a comfortable user of Office 365 and knowledge in the Adobe Suite, filming and editing skills and different publishing tools is advantageous. As we work in a global setting, you need excellent verbal and written English and Swedish skills.

You act with integrity, are calm and systematic in your work, and with an eye for details and passion for the written word,
