hela Sverige Are you passionate about customers, quality and continuous improvements? Then the position as Global Expert within Product Life Cycle (PLC) Process Excellence team might be the next step for you?
The global Product Life Cycle team within Technical Service works together with clusters and central organisations, across Packaging and Processing, to enable efficient and consistent performance to reach high customer satisfaction.
You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund and Modena, where you will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities and build a global network.
As Global Expert and tool owner you will be responsible for driving and coordinating continuous improvement of all tools used in PLC process, with special focus on Quality and Technical Issue Management process (QTIM).
Main responsibilities
• Support business stakeholders in translating user needs into tool requirements
• Drive QTIM tool changes through projects and continuous improvements activities
• Prioritise end user requirements and secure implementation together with Global IM
• Manage and coordinate the overall PLC project and continuous improvement budget
• Drive continuous improvement activities as well as train, support and coach our end-users in different QTIM sub process.
Qualifications

Process orientation, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to place priority and structure to work related matters.
This role requires good knowledge or experience of working with quality processes in a service or manufacturing environment.
You possess excellent knowledge of business processes; especially PLC and QTIM. Experience of QuTI-P, BO or other tools used will be an advantage.
The work will involve international contact so it is essential that you are fluent in English and have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
