Then the position as Global Expert within Product Life Cycle (PLC) Process Excellence team might be the next step for you?
The global Product Life Cycle team within Tetra Pak Services works together with clusters and central organisations, across Packaging and Processing, to enable efficient and consistent performance to reach high customer satisfaction.
You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund, where you will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities and build a global network.
Main responsibilities
• Drive projects related to new process and tool improvement opportunities with focus on app-development within PLC process applications
• Collaborate with clusters and central organisations to identify improvement opportunities to drive high quality and efficient processes
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Train, support and coach our end-users in different Quality & Technical Issue Management (QTIM)sub process
Qualifications
We are looking for a strong communicator that is self-motivated and has a strong drive to deliver on commitments and interest in the digitalisation of services. You are structured and detail oriented, enjoy working together with others and easily build trust and relations with stakeholders at different levels. You have the ability to take on a holistic view to find good solutions to build consensus. You have a continuous improvement mindset and are proactive and analytical in your approach.
The ideal candidate has a consolidated experience of working with process improvements and projects of various natures. A project management experience will be considered as a plus as well as experience in IT development environment.
Deep knowledge about the Quality & Technical Issue Management (QTIM) process and related tools (QuTI-P) or similar is required. Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects) and databases (SQL).
A very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
