We are now looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our multi-disciplinary team environment. Together with a wide variety of colleagues, ranging from analysts and data scientists to medical experts, you will provide technical solutions to support healthcare organisations sustainably improve outcomes and reduce costs.
Your role as a Frontend Developer
As Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for translating insights from our backend advanced analytics engines, to our end-users in formats they find attractive, easy to use and will appreciate in their daily work. We strongly believe that doctors, nurses and administrative personnel in health care should have the same user experience using our products as they have when using their favorite applications in their private life.
You will play a important part in shaping the features and user experience of our leading platform for advanced performance monitoring. You will work in an agile environment and manage the frontend and UI development together with product owners, the development team and other stakeholders, and shape backend requirements and Python APIs to serve frontend components.
Your skills and qualifications
You have excellent UI/frontend knowledge and a proven track record of developing user friendly web based systems. You have substantial experience of HTML/CSS and Javascript (ideally ES 2015 with Babel). Experience of the Python/Django web framework together with React is a plus. Other technologies that we use at Ivbar include D3, PostgreSQL, Nginx, GNU/Linux, Git, Jenkins and Selenium. You have a Master's degree in computer science or similar, or are self-taught to the equivalent level. You are fluent in English. Working knowledge of Swedish is a plus, as is experience from the healthcare industry and or/medical data informatics
You have a track record of finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems with maintainable code and have a genuine interest in technology. You are intellectually curious, self-driven, committed and make things happen. You are also a collaborative team player who thrives working as part of team to achieve success.
