For a challenging and exciting role, supporting the Vice President and Head of Global Sales, we're now looking for a proactive and driven Executive Assistant to join our truly global team. Your Team
You play an important part in the Sandvik Coromant organization, as you're a part of the Team of Executive Assistants that plan and organize the daily work life of our Executives in the Sandvik Coromant Management Team. You report directly to the Executive Assistant Manager and your main task is to support our Vice President and Head of Global Sales, combined with other assignments and projects.

About the job
In this position, you manage the VP's schedule and calendar, from a short- and long-term perspective. You provide flexible service and take initiatives to improve efficiency and quality when it comes to supporting VP and Head of Global Sales. Besides supporting in various administrative tasks and being responsible for your executive's agenda, you coordinate activities, travel and conferences, gathering information, prepare agendas and document outcomes. You're a part of the Sales Management team and have a pro-active mindset being able handle and prioritize varied tasks. You have a broad network of contacts, and you interact with many different parts of the Sandvik organization and with external customers and partners worldwide.
You're based in Kista, Sweden, and some international travel is included in the job.

Your profile
Even though a degree in Business Administration is beneficial for this position, we put the biggest emphasis on your personal and professional characteristics! We're looking for someone service-minded, with high ambitions, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. With a finger on the pulse, you're highly knowledgeable when it comes to all things sales and business. To successfully manage the digital transformation we're currently in, you need to be well acquainted with the new digital tools in our Office 365 environment. Since we act in a global environment, you also need excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form.
You're a doer with a positive attitude and natural talent for service. Using your holistic view and high integrity, you work methodically and ensure accuracy - always staying two steps ahead and being full of ideas when it comes to solving problems. You're also confident, outgoing, unassuming and you take great pride in delivering on time. It's crucial for us that you stay calm in stressful situations, yet you know how to switch gears at a moment's notice, and you easily make decisions to gain results. Naturally, you're a team player with an exceptional gift for networking and communicating with people from different cultures and settings, and you enjoy acting in an ever-changing environment.
