In 2021, we joined forces with Valtech under the new name Valtech RADON. Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we work with brands all over the world.
Role Description
As Valtech RADON's temporary in-house chef, you will work in our Core Department alongside our Office Manager. In this position, you will play a central role in RADON's culture and heartbeat. We're seeking a dynamic, skilled chef passionate about vegetarian culinary excellence. You should have an eye for detail, be a foodie at heart, be solution-oriented and be passionate about bringing people together. You should possess a strong affinity for working independently, as you will be the sole chef in our kitchen.
This is a temporary position, filling 60% of a full-time role. Working hours are from 08:30 to 13:30, with plated lunch served at 12:00.

What You Will Be Doing
• Lead kitchen operations efficiently, upholding high standards in food quality, taste and presentation
• Work independently with self-confidence
• Comply with food safety regulations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Develop new creative vegetarian menus of your choice
• Maintain inventory levels, manage costs and order supplies
• Understand the importance of punctuality in service and consistently maintain this standard
