Scania Credit AB (SCA) serves customers, dealers and distributors in 18 different markets through established local leasing companies or cross border financing. The Head Office/Market Support centre is based in Södertälje, supporting the local markets with Governance, Management, Credit Risk, Administration and Systems. In the markets where we operate, Scania Credit finance more than two thirds of Scania's sales. Over 75 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing more than 400 MEuro of assets. Scania Credit AB is an unregulated Financial Service Company, based in Sweden, supporting leasing companies in markets under local regulations. The Scania Credit Group is split into three core regions: Black Sea, East Adriatic and CIS, and another two in start-up phase: Middle East and West Africa. In addition to this SCA is running Distributor Financing to non-captive Distributors in Middle East and other parts of the world.

Job description
Scania Credit AB (SCA) is searching for a Collection Controller based in Södertalje, working in an international dynamic environment at the Credit Risk department and reporting to the Credit Risk Manager.

You will be responsible for collection of receivables from our end customers and distributors, portfolio management, repossessed assets management, reporting, KPIs and support Credit Risk Manager in Scania Credit Group portfolio management operations. Contribution in process improvements in this area is also part of your role, and you will have contacts with Scania Credit personnel in our various locations, distributors and end customers.

Profile
The right candidate has a background in Finance, Business or Law, a structured way of working, planning and follow-up on the tasks and deadlines, and good communication skills. Working in an international environment requires fluency in English as a must, while other languages are a plus. Knowledge of the asset-based financing industry, particularly from portfolio management point of view, and ability to improve instructions/guidelines/processes could be helpful.

You will be working in close connection with colleagues in different markets, and other tasks has to be performed independently.
