About the role
You will be part of our Controlling team of three employees and you will report to Head of Finance SE. You will participate in budgeting and forecasting as well as taking an active role in the closing process with analysis and follow-up. The role also includes driving continuous process improvements and securing high reporting standards. You will provide financial and commercial support to the organization. In addition to general controlling tasks, you will work closely to and support the Head of Finance SE with ad hoc tasks.
To be successful in this role it is important that you see what needs to be done and deliver that with a strong commitment. It is also necessary to have an attention to detail but also the ability to understand the big picture.
Your profile
You have a University Degree in Finance or equivalent, and five years of relevant work experience from a medium-sized or large company, preferably in the manufacturing industry. You have excellent skills in Excel and are used to handling large quantities of data. The Business Controller has many internal contacts, which requires strong communication skills. We expect you to speak and write English excellently and that your Swedish is fluent. You have strong IT abilities and see the value IT brings to the table. If you have experience in QlikView or QlikSense it is beneficial.
