Your tasks will include: - Making the company accounting book. - Invoice management. - Weekly economic reporting and prediction of expenses. - General administration, insurances, pension calculations, and Sweden-specific admin issues. - Tax reports. You will report to the Office Manager of Arduino Verkstad AB and will collaborate in projects with the teams of the Arduino companies in Switzerland, Italy, Hungary and India. Utbildning och erfarenhetArduino Verkstad AB is working with different projects, from small-scale workshops to large-scale EU projects, and therefore we seek a dynamic, flexible, driven, communicative, articulate problem-solver with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar task. You should be familiar to different software tools for online accounting like e.g. Xero. You should be ready to start working with us from September 8 st, 2014. Arduino Verkstad is a multilingual company which means that you need to be fluent in English, and since you will be responsible for interacting with Swedish agencies, proficiency in swedish is required.
