Arduino is the world's leading open-source hardware and software ecosystem, which offers a range of software tools, hardware platforms and documentation enabling almost anybody to be creative with technology. Arduino AB is part of the international Arduino group with offices in Italy, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as freelancers in various countries. The main responsibility of this position is taking ownership of the accounting duties in the Swedish entity and synchronizing them with all other Arduino offices.Duties responsibilities:AccountingGeneral day-to-day accountingCash flows planningAnnual book closingMonthly VAT & tax reporting to Swedish authoritiesPayroll processing Filing the annual company income declarationAdmin & HRGeneral contact with all national authoritiesAssisting with the overall office managementApplying for work permits for non-EU employeesAssist all non-Swedish employees with Swedish bureaucracy Qualifications:Bachelor's in accounting or higherFluency in Swedish and EnglishPreferably 2 years of experience in accounting workProficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting systemProficiency in Visma Lön or similar accounting systemExperience of working in an international environment Very good knowledge of ExcelInterest and knowledge in systems and to own the entire accounting flowOn a personal levelYou are structured, analytical and have a good eye for details and can keep records and files organized.You can work independently and quickly get into new work-related situations.You are quality conscious, responsive to your views and committed to your work at all levels.
