We are seeking a Dev lead to our clients development team. This person will join the team at the time when they are setting themselves up for growth. We are looking for someone that is challenged by building a development team where technology, efficiency and through-put is constantly challenged. This position is based in Stockholm and will report to the CPO of our client.

• Will lead the development team and develop as well

• Will challenge existing technical solutions and utilize new technology

• Will participate in the recruitment of tech personnel

• Will focus on development through-put

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.

• Are knowledgeable in architecture of B2C products with high transaction volumes

• Are experienced in the development process including deep knowledge of development tools, databases, frameworks, etc.

• Are knowledgeable in IT system maintenance and infrastructure

• Are highly experienced in backend development

• Are familiar with PHP, MySQL, Mule/Anypoint integration platform or equivalent
