Region International is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Aftermarket business of Marine and Industrial Power Systems in more than 130 Countries in the world. Region International is the largest one, in geographical terms, of our three Regions at Volvo Penta, with a turnover of approximately 3 billion SEK, and 175 people located in 9 Countries, worldwide.
We are now looking for a Vice President for our Business Control department.
As head of the Business Control department you will be responsible for driving, coordinating and developing the finance function headquartered in Gothenburg. In this role you will also work in close relationship with our Market Units and secure good cooperation to reach business targets. Besides working closely to the President of Region International with the strategic direction, the responsibility includes business control, credit control, compliance, plan process coordination and business follow up. You will be based in Gothenburg and lead a team of 5 people
The Vice Presiedent for Business Control reports to the President of Region International and is member of the Regional Management Team.

Required Qualifications
A university degree in either Finance or Business Administration
Commercial experience developed in a structured sales organization
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the included areas
Proven experience on dealing with different cultures in multi-national organizations
A successful track record of leading and managing teams
Proven experience in managing change
Fluent in English, additional languages is an advantage

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Open minded and prepared to interact in a changing and demanding environment

Dedicated to targets
Available to travel extensively (30-40% of the time is required)
