About the position
Everyone joining the Finna Group starts as a technical resourcer assisting one of the senior consultants. After 6 months you will start choosing your own career path;
The 360 recruiter: You're an expert in your field, you want to work with candidates and clients.
Konsult-Mäklare or permanent recruiter - both are 360 roles, one focusing on placing consultants into projects, the other focusing on placing perm engineers into similar companies.
A business development manager: You love sales and want to bring in the best clients you can for your team.
An account manager: You love your candidates and want to dedicate yourself solely to candidate relations and outreach.
You will receive leading training from both internal and external resources to make sure you're the best you can be, whatever you chose.
You'll learn everything you can about the market and the technology, you recruit within, which will give you the confidence to be the best consultant you can be.
