Tech Recruiter to STACC
It's now 2021 and STACC keeps growing! Therefore we're now on the lookout for a new tech recruiter to join the team STACC is a scale up so we are looking for someone with a "just get things done" attitude that is passionate about recruitment and tech!
What are you going to do?
Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process.
Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
Build a strong network of candidates for our recurring departments.
Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders, both clients and candidates, during the process.
Manage a topnotch (end-to-end) recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in (end-to-end) recruitment with at least 1-2 years of experience in hiring tech profiles.
You're truly a team player eager to work closely with your colleagues.
You're up to date and understand the real needs of tech talents.
You're truly interested in the tech scene and speak the lingo.
You're familiar with modern recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn, Github, TeamTailor.
You're a true talent advisor to hiring managers and candidates; you're attentive and able to build genuine relations.
You're open-minded and able to quickly build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways and tools to approach top tech talents and looking for the new hidden sources of candidates.
You speak Swedish and English at a fluent level.
