As a local office manager, you take care of and improve your rental car office's performance and revenue in a geographical area. You must actively manage all daily activities that contribute to the business' results. You use your good knowledge in team building and your ability to motivate your team to continuously increase indoor and outdoor sales, revenue and profitability for your rental car office.
For this role, we are looking for you who have previously proven that you can:
lead improvement strategies
recruit, train, motivate and coach employees so that the right standard of sales, customer service and quality is always met
follow up on results and set goals for creating action plans and improvement strategies
manage and develop business relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote brands in communities
improve product and service offerings with contributions from employees and local teams
implement business goals and operational plans to deliver results
monitor the area's sales calls and fleet plans to optimize revenue per unit, usage and customer service
communicate business, area and location results and set goals and expectations in line with the company's business plan
ensure that operating standards are met and meet the company's audit standards
ensure effective audit controls for internal guidelines, routines and security measures in the area
communicate and implement all the company's guidelines and routines so that the environment is compatible and safe.
