About the position
Perido is looking for a Sourcing Manager/Buyer professional services for our client, a leading company in the automotive industry. The office is based in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As Sourcing manager/Buyer professional services, you define short-and long-term sourcing strategies which align with the business/stakeholders. You perform sourcing for Professional Services with focus on time and material consultants across the business in everything Digital to HR and establish supplier bases for each area. You also track key performance indicators on supplier and stakeholder contract compliance. Your tasks also include:
Perform procurement according to defines strategies and frameworks
Negotiate and create commercial and legal agreements
Review purchase requisitions and identify and select contract/suppliers in accordance with defined strategies and agreements
Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle as well as on modification in requests. Improve collaboration with stakeholders and together towards common goals
Perform necessary market analysis to support the sourcing activity
Create and maintain commercial relations with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier audits
Sourcing status summary and report
Project cost summary and report
Prepare the potential supplier list and present the list to stakeholders
Prepare and send out RFQ.

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need excellent communications skills, and a good understanding of people. We hope you are used to working in a global environment with people of various cultural background. You can handle many different projects and lots of data at the same time and work in a very structured and timely manner. You can quickly understand the internal stakeholders needs and you are very service minded. Furthermore, we believe you are a flexible person who strives to excel in your role.

Requirements
Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, purchasing or similar
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Indirect Purchasing preferably within the automotive industry
Experience of Bought services/work packages (preferably in a technical area)
Skilled in negotiations and in creating agreements
Skilled in MS Office (Excel)
Experience of working in purchase-/administrative tools & systems (SRM, Fieldglass or Workday)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Swedish and English
Contract type and hours
Full time. Ongoing consulting assignment until 2023-01-31, with the possibility of prolongation. Start according to agreement.
