Personal qualities such as ability to act independently and professionally are important, as well as to be a driving force and courage to challenge conventional wisdom. Of course you have a positive mindset and it's also important to be a networking person with ability to create and maintain good relations. You are motivated when you are handed problems to solve and use your creativity to plan and enforce the projects you are dealt.
We would like to see that you at least have one year of experience working on one or several of the areas below, and that you also have an academic degree within relevant field.
• Repair, method and service of different vehicles
• Spare parts breakdown
• Service and parts information
• Technical documentation and drawings
• Accessories
• PLM software such as Team Center, PDM link or Kola
• Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
