This is a great opportunity to join the Consulting team of a small innovative and creative technology startup at a time of growth. As a Senior Consultant and Developer within our group, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions that deliver on our client's business, functional, technical and customer experience goals. Our primary product focus is Adobe Marketing Cloud (Campaign, Target, Analytics / DWB, AEM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget); however, we also support the integration of these systems with our client's technological landscape. The client's technical architecture could consist of websites running on various CMS engines, data warehouse, customer master databases and other CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. Technical experience with at least one of any products mentioned above from the Adobe or Salesforce Marketing suites.

You'll be working on large scale implementation projects, but also providing technical and business consulting to aid the adoption and expansion of Marketing Cloud (Adobe and Salesforce) within our client base, placing a strong emphasis on business outcomes. The role involves frequently collaborating with large teams consisting of content creators, developers, architects and business users from our clients and partners in addition to both and on-site and offshore delivery resources in various complementary roles; you will also engage with our sales team who will call on your expertise for responding to RFPs and opportunities with new and existing clients alike.

Responsibilities
• Be an expert in either AMC or SMC products, presenting high level views of their capabilities and designing solutions leveraging standard functionality, custom developments and integrations
• Lead consultative engagements with clients, exploring their technical and business challenges. This will include delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments
• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Marketing Cloud at client organisations
• Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
• Creation of accurate estimates and quotations for client projects
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specifications that define and support the solution
• Collaborate effectively with on-site and offshore teams, as well as owning some advanced and custom development activities
• Liaising and coordinating with design agencies and content creators to ensure optimal delivery of services to clients
• Take the initiative to constantly improve your knowledge and expertise; remain certified on the product of your expertise whilst learning other products
• Set high standards in all areas of your work and provide leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team

The ideal candidate is a Marketing Technologist with strong development experience; who is confident working in strategic environments within multinational organisations. You must be able to communicate clearly in English with non-technical, senior stakeholders within the business and enjoy finding technical solutions to business challenges.

As a minimum, you should be certified within your Marketing Automation product of expertise (Adobe / Salesforce), in addition to possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a technical consultant, developing data-driven experiences for brand with a strong digital presence. You should be familiar with project management methodologies such as agile and scrum, where any certification would be an advantage.

Possibly, you could have previously worked for one of the product vendors or larger global consulting firms, but are now seeking a more customer-centric approach where you have the freedom to shape your own work and make decisions that positively impact global consumer brands. At a smaller organisation, your work will have a greater impact. Typically; product vendors are sales-driven organisations, whereas we are solution-driven.

You're happy to travel to client sites locally and in Europe at relatively short notice. Any additional Central or Northern European language such as German, French or Swedish would be an advantage.

We place a strong emphasis on structuring projects in such a way that they are fit for purpose, reducing waste and freeing up consultants time to deliver the most effective long-term solution in the shortest time possible.

We are situated in a shared office space located on the beautiful Stockholm island of Kungsholmen with a view of the southern shore within walking distance and several nice restaurants nearby.

• 6 month's probation moving to permanent employment, however freelance / contractor opportunities also available * Location is Central Stockholm with a possibility of working from home. Must be willing to travel frequently to client sites in Europe
