Role Summary/Purpose :

The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering profitable growth through greater penetration of the original equipment manufacturer. and targeted other original equipment manufacturer fleets, by moving contracts from transactional to Long Term Service Agreements, capture/recapture customers and greater penetration on existing serviced plants across our product portfolio of steam turbine, generator, controls and digital.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for orders, margin and cash for the customer portfolio. You will manage the customer relationship for your accounts in their respective region. Lead deal negotiations & closure with customers, partnering with commercial operations & regional service team. Develop winning strategies, to achieve order plan and closure.
This role will partner with the Regional Service Team to understand the customer environment in the country and support the development of account strategies focused on longer term expansion and penetration.Sales Manager, Steam Power Service, Sweden, will be responsible mainly for Steam Turbine & Generator sales but will also identify opportunities for the entire portfolio within Steam, Gas, Generator, AQCS, Boilers.
In addition, this role will:
Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in Salesforce.com
Drive discovery session data to achieve winning solutions for customers
Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive penetration and growth
Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities
Own a coordinated "one face to the customer" across the products and develop & own their account plans
Manage cross functional teams to execute bids and multi-year agreements building towards orders and commitment plans.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven track record of deal/order delivery
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
Strong experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing
Significant experience in a customer-facing role
Broad and deep understanding of the commercial cycle including product line/marketing/sales/commercial operations/engineering.
Strong account management skills, including developing relationships at the C-suite level; financial & analytical skills & strategic planning capabilities
Long-term business mindset
Language: Fluent in Swedish and very good understanding of written and spoken English
Strong presentation skills at the executive level
Customer, service and "solutions" mindset
Deep knowledge in Steam Turbines & Generators and general knowledge in Boiler and AQCS products.
Ability to travel regularly - up to 50% of the time
