The role
As a Senior Project planner your main tasks are to plan and follow up client projects regarding all phases of the project from award to finalized installation and commissioning, support and give input to the Tender Planner and reporting internally as well as externally. You will participate in several project teams.
You will also be responsible for delivering:
• Project plans
• Monthly reports
• Weekly reports if applicable
• Progress follow ups
• Follow up of milestones
• Analysis and suggestions on proactive actions.
You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
Your profile
You probably have a Bachelor or master 's in project management or equivalent education though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree. You have at least five years professional experience of project planning.
Experience from working in Primavera P6 is mandatory and you need to be fluent in English. German is meritorious.
Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you.
