About the position
Perido is proactively looking for Senior developers who are interested in taking the next step in their career. There's a great demand for competence but please note this ad refer to upcoming assignments. When we have a match between you and a specific role - we'll let you know! Our client is, as mentioned, an international automotive brand who are well known for their quality and strive for a better, more sustainable future. The position is based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Senior developer you'll take the important role in our clients' successful teams as someone to turn to for advises and visions. Your analytical skills are on point as you develop prototypes of future applications which will be used my millions of customers around the globe. And of course, you'll work with the latest technologies and in agile teams. These are some of the key features:
Develop new software applications according to our development standards
Deploy, operate and maintain our applications incl. driving continuous improvement of the same for better quality, functionality, cost effectiveness, etc.
Actively contribute to the solution design of new services
Continuously reflect upon working methods and what could be improved
Your characteristics
We are looking for you who have the seniority and the broad technical background, which the role is demanding. As just mentioned, your analytical skills are on point and your structured way of working influences the colleagues. You are service-oriented and loves to share your knowledge in the working teams. And even if you do have the knowledge now, the digital world is fast and so is your curiosity of learning new things.

Qualifications:
A university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar education and minimum 4+ years of experience as application developer.
Proficient competence in React, Redux, styled-components, Jest test framework.
Knowledge in asynchronous programming, micro service architecture, cloud services, test automation frameworks.
You need to be fluent in English - both written and spoken. Basic skills in Swedish are preferred and you hold valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen.
Meritorious
Experience from agile way or working
Experience in both front- and back-end
Experience from mobile (connected) applications
Knowledge of Java and Spring is a bonus.
GraphQL, REST and deploying to AWS
Contract type and hours
Consulting assignment with various lengths depending on the actual request. Start according to agreement.
