Purpose
The Senior Corporate Attorney will be the leading attorney at Stanley Black & Decker and will be involved generally in all aspects of Stanley Black & Decker legal affairs for the Nordic region. This individual will help to ensure that the business continues to thrive in the Nordic region. The individual will help develop new perspectives in our business, expanding our footprint with our customers. Stanley Black & Decker will always stand for innovation and best practice in all situations, with high demands on thinking creatively and being solution-oriented in our approach now and in the future.
You have previously been a business lawyer at an international company. Accustomed to conducting dialogues at a higher level as part ofa management team. You will work actively with the Nordic management team and will building networks to easily support operations in the Nordic region and mitigating risk factors that may arise.
Requirements
• Supply, distribution, sales, services, marketing, and other commercial agreements
• Construction agreements /law
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required. Fluency in English and one other Nordic language required or highly meritorious.
• Good business judgment and sound-decision making in balancing risk, opportunity, and business objective.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted into practice in either Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden.
• Broad in knowledge but specialist in contract law. Understanding of Nordic business and culture

• Experience of Procurement agreements
• Experience of technology licensing
• Knowledge in Privacy and Data Security
• Advertising
• Government Contracts
