Would you like to work in an international environment in an educational organisation? We are recruiting a school administrator to join our fantastic working environment.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Länna will open in August 2018. At IES our ethos is the foundation of how we perform and we are proud to have schools in Sweden which offer students bilingualism, high academic expectations and a safe and orderly environment.

We follow the Swedish curriculum, teaching in both English and Swedish. Both staff and students come from all over the world bringing interesting knowledge, experience and possibilities into the school.

The main duties of the school administrator will include:

• Student intake

• Manage our web based communication program, SchoolSoft

• Handling general enquiries

• Coordinate with substitute teachers and cover lessons

• Office Management

Before the school opens in August, the person in position will need to be flexible and self-motivated in arranging all administration (such as employee contracts, relocation support, etc.) as it will be a skeleton staff until August. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a brand new school.

We are looking for someone who is positive, service-minded, organized and capable of creating good contacts with students, parents and teachers. You need to have excellent skills in both English and Swedish.
