We are currently recruiting a Sales Support to join our client's team in Stockholm. Our client is a well known international company within the automotive business. The business is entrepreneurial, results driven and ambitious with a steadily improving market share.
The overall purpose of the role will be to assist the ?'Sales Support Manager' in the implementation of the sales strategy in monitoring on a daily basis the operational plan, developed to achieve the objectives of the strategy. The continuous interaction and support of the field force and development of solid relationships with other key internal and external parties is crucial.

Responsibilities and duties:

* Implement the operational plan and tactical actions in line with the company's sales strategy in order to ensure achievement of the budget's KPIs i.e. volume, market share, administrative invoices, cross margin.
* Support in creating strategic sales programs utilizing discount budget as lever to achieve sales targets.
* Report on stock ordering, mix and age profile of stock.
* Assist to create and implement sales process tools in dealerships. Measure and monitor activity levels and showroom traffic. Ensure 100% feedback from network.
* Implement training programs to successfully operate processes and quick implementation of activities in the network.
* Support and ensure incorporation of Fleet Business sales for the various Brands.
* Provide operational back office and professional support to the Sales field force.
* Monitor and manage daily business tasks and sales follow up.
* Close cooperation with the Sales Managers to present all sales related issues:

* Order and Stock management
* Dealer Forecast 
* OCF / CCF
* Demo / Courtesy car management
* Implement overall strategies and actions
* Research and report on competitors' strategies and actions

Profile and skills:

* Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Willing and able to travel extensively.
* A team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, determined and proactive.
* Flexible and open minded with a big interest for working in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
* Takes responsibility for decisions, actions and take ownership of problems.
* Structured with the ability to evaluate and give priority to new problems as well as the ability to keep focus in pressured situations.
* A good business acumen.
* Ability to see and take advantage of new opportunities.
* Strong analytical skills and goal oriented.
