About us

At HMS head office in Halmstad, you can find the MU North Sales team who handles sales in the Nordic countries, UK, Middle East and several other parts of the world (which is why we have the cool name "Market Unit Northern Europe and Rest of the World). We work with both direct sales and sales through distributors.

About the role

We are now searching for a leader of this team! As the Sales Director Nordics and RoW, your main mission is to develop, coach, motivate and manage the sales team. You will report to The General Manager and head of MU North, and you will work with the following tasks:

• P&L responsibility for the teams cost and revenue income for the area
• Create strategies to reach sales goals, setting targets for your team, sales coaching, propose and attend roadshows and proactive search for new HMS customers
• Being an active part of the Market Unit management team
• Managing the sales funnel and sales process, mainly using CRM, follow up on leads, opportunities and design/production wins for the area
• Continuously listen to customers about current business climate in area and trends
• Travelling for approx.. 50-75 days per year
• Reporting on sales funnel development, targets against goals and costs related to the sales

• But most importantly, you are a motivated and driven Leader with a proven track record of meeting or even exceeding set goals!

About you

We are looking for an engaged leader who is passionate about driving their team forward! You thrive from helping your team succeed and seeing the individuals within your team reach their goals. You have an education in sales or tech on a bachelor level and have 2-4 years of experience in sales (both direct and in-direct sales experience is required). You have experience working with CRM systems and the basic Microsoft office tools. Previous leadership experience in managing staff is required. We think that you are an excellent communicator and knows how to set clear targets that the entire team relates to.
