The Sales Areas within Sandvik Coromant are dedicated to serving customers, and ensuring sales efficiency and growth, by using modern sales processes and tools.

To increase our business and strengthen our market share within the Round Tools area, we are now looking for a Sales Cluster Manager in Sales Area North Europe, to lead and develop all aspects of Sandvik Coromant's sales performance for the product area. Via direct and indirect sales channels to our customers, in
a challenging central role, you will lead strategic sales and enhance our future development for Round Tools as one of four sales clusters in the Sales Area. The location for this position is flexible within the Sales Area.

Your challenges
As Sales Cluster manager, you will develop and implement the Round Tools strategy and execute sales and marketing plans for the Sales Area North Europe in accordance with Sandvik Coromant's strategy and the global sales organization. You keep yourself up-to-date with customer needs and concerns related to price, delivery and offerings, and you ensure trustworthy and effective customer relations via clear and motivating leadership. The position includes being a member of the Sales Area's management team and cooperating with senior management to set forecasts, budgets and targets.

The position requires extensive travelling within the Sales Area.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Engineering or Business development, or who has gained similar experience and knowledge from previous work assignments. You have a proven track record of delivering high quality results and, in previous positions, have managed both internal and external customer relations, as well as successfully negotiated commercial terms and conditions within the industrial sector as a regional manager or a similar position. You need a good understanding of Sandvik Coromant's business tools and concepts and also have the ability to utilize them. Knowledge of Round Tools, and especially special tools within the Aerospace segment, is beneficial. As we work in a global environment you have strong communication skills in English, in both speaking and in writing, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
