Scania Credit Group (SCA), a Scania Financial Services (SFS) business unit (BU), serves customers, dealers and distributors in 20 different markets through local leasing companies or cross border financing. The Head Office is based in Södertälje, supporting the local markets with governance, management, administration and systems. In the markets where we operate, Scania Credit finance more than two thirds of Scania's sales. 120 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing 600 MEURO of assets.
Scania Credit is in an intensive expansion phase, where new markets and new financing solutions are to be established. This means new challenges for Customer service team and we are now expanding and need to extend with one more, Russian speaking, customer service specialist. The position is based at Scania Credit AB's main office in Södertälje.
The Customer service team in Södertälje consists of 6 employees and is responsible for administration of cross border financing in different markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and West Africa. We also work with Distributor Financing in Israel, Indonesia and United Arab Emirates.
Job Description
We offer a position with extensive international contacts where you will be part of a great team that support each other and have fun together! Within the team we work together which means that you will work with all markets and different tasks. We work closely with our local offices and other departments at SCA. You will create, control and register contracts and documents related to financing and delivery of trucks and trailers. You have contact with customers with upcoming questions. You do calculations in connection with early termination or rescheduling of payment plans. In addition, the group also manages booking of incoming payments and specific tasks during the end of month closing process. You will actively contribute to continuous improvements within our team.
Your profile
You are:
• a driven person who gets things done
• a team player and you pay attention to details
• service-minded
• a good communicator with excellent skills in English and Russian, both in speech and writing is required. Knowledge of Swedish or other languages is an advantage
• used to, enjoy and actively contribute to continuous development
And you have:
• post-secondary education in economics or related field
• experience of working in a continuously changing environment
• experience in financing and managing contracts
• proficiency in Word and Excel.
• knowledge in the system Coreview is a big advantage
