Retail specialist to Sales Company Northern Europe.
Our client sells aftermarket products through 500 shops in SC Northern Europe and have a dedicated sales force in each country.They are also entering the e-commerce area through a pilot project in Sweden.
Your key responsibilities are:
" Organize and develop our Shop sales concept & strategy
" Develop Shop sales channels, suggest and implement improvements
" Dedicated specialist contact and support for our retail organizations and Shop sales managers
" Product exposure management
" Follow up on sales development in our retailer channels
" Implement and develop e-commerce channel

You will report to Market Development Manager. The location is within Sales company Northern Europe in Sweden, Finland or Norway. Travelling will be required, mainly within the Nordic region.

A thorough general understanding of our business is the fundament of this position as well as a genuine interest for milk production.

Qualifications
" English and Scandinavian speakers.
" Well educated and 5-8 years progressive experience within retailer sales and marketing
" familiar with e-commerce marketing
" good verbal and written communication skills.
" dynamic, self motivated, creative and outgoing
" ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously
" performance and result driven.
