The Actavis North Europe Cluster is looking for a Regional Forecast Manager who will be responsible for the demand management in the North Europe Region. The role will support the local markets in forecasting and demand management in order to optimize forecast accuracy and planning work. The position is located at the Stockholm office and reports to the Executive Director North Europe.

As the regional Forecast Manager you will secure regional demand forums and support the S&OP process. The responsibility also includes being Local Market Forecast Manager, for the Baltic region, working closely with local Baltic commercial units.

Key responsibilities of the Regional Forecast Manager role include:
• support the standard demand planning process and systems
• act as a central cluster demand resource for demand management
• develop demand planning capability in the markets and drive process improvements and performance against demand planning KPI's
• ensure all markets are producing an updated monthly demand plan and adherence to deadlines
• communicate demand plan details at both the aggregate and mix levels to the required business functions
• facilitate demand review meetings

Key responsibilities of the Demand Manager role include:
• facilitate the demand planning process for the Baltic region
• produce an updated monthly demand plan and adherence to deadlines for all Baltic markets
• manage demand forecast, in the system Infor, on behalf of the Baltic region
• ensure close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing organizations to establish an accurate forward forecast of sales within the market
• track Forecast-accuracy and understand cause for deviation.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
As a potential candidate you have substantial experience in Commercial Operation, preferably Pharmaceutical, in an international business environment. You also have extensive experience from demand planning with large numbers of SKUs. Knowledge and user experience of forecasting and planning systems is central. To be successful in this role you have a strong ability to influence and must have a high level of personal credibility as a spokesperson for demand management. You possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. You also have an ability to utilise technology to improve efficiency and performance including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. It's preferable that you have a good understanding of Pharmaceutical business.

It's required that you have a university degree or equivalent - preferably scientific or business management discipline. It's significant that you have strong English skills, both in presentations and in writing.
