hela Sverige o This Leader of Leaders position is responsible for providing leadership to a cluster of markets which include 32 countries/sub-clusters comprising of Turkey, Russia, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Baltics, CauCar/Ukraine/Belarus,Adriatic/Bulgaria.
o Lead a direct team of Country Leads to ensure they are equipped and empowered to drive market performance.
o Identify and seize opportunities to optimize resources, leverage synergies and exploit opportunities across the cluster of markets.
o Contribute actively as a member of the Rare Disease Regional Leadership team.
o Conducts all activities and makes decision that are in accordance with Company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global regulatory guidelines
(including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
o Drive achievement of Cluster plan goals, focused on optimal resource allocation, and maximizing revenue and IBT.
o Develop sound business strategies and provide direction to the markets to achieve cluster goals.
o Manage commercial performance across the cluster promoting cross market collaboration and best practice sharing.
o Ensure that Country Leads in the markets adopt and operate effectively in the commercial business model.
o Ensure product launch excellence within the cluster.
o Ensure the identification, planning, and exploitation of new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business in line with strategic direction.
o Anticipate, influence and appropriately respond to developments in the legal and regulatory environments.
o Facilitate sharing of best practices and ideas to ensure strong flow of communication, and the leveraging of knowledge and experience across the Cluster.
o Support continual building of OWNIT Culture, ensure role modeling of desired culture attributes across the organization, and foster visible and inspirational leadership.
o Partner with cluster and market leaders from other businesses to ensure One Pfizer approach to common objectives and challenges.
o Engage with leaders of enabling functions and service platforms to ensure adequate support to the cluster markets.
o Ensure the effective utilization of robust processes for talent and performance management to strengthen leadership capabilities of market leadership teams and develop the next generation of leaders.
o Ensure accountability for the highest levels of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.
o University degree. Advanced degree is desirable.
o Demonstrated success in working in and across multiple markets and cultures.
o Proven success in leading marketing and/or management of a multi-brand portfolio.
o Leadership experience in one or more of the respective cluster markets is preferred.
o P&L Management.
o Demonstrated success in a matrixed working environment.
o Leading leaders from a distance.
o Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
o Ability to influence across stakeholders.
o Fluency in written and spoken English.
A big plus is if you speak and write more languages ??used in the region
o Ability to travel frequently within the Cluster markets.
