About the position
Perido is looking for a Project Buyer for one of our customers, a successful name in the automotive industry. Here, a workplace is offered that makes people feel good and where the employees feel that they can perform and develop - both grow through formal trainings, but mostly through learning by doing and interacting with colleagues around the world. This is a one-year mission to replace a buyer during parental leave, the office is located in Skövde.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will be responsible for handling sourcing of CAPEX investments (production equipment. Within the Investment team, they work with the mindset that the right buyer should work with the right project, meaning that depending on person, level of experience and skills, the projects will vary.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Drive purchasing activities for Capex Investment projects
Lead supplier negotiations
Build and maintain strong business relationships with our suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
Your characteristics
We believe that you are a person with integrity, high energy and passion for performance. You have a good spirit, spread positive energy around you and are good at communication, both verbal and written. Since the job is about building relationships plus negotiating and convincing others about the best solutions and ways of working, we also believe you should have good networking skills, analytical skills and the ability to be effective in a variety of presentation settings.

Qualifications:
Master of Science or Business Administration
Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2023-12-22. Start 2023-04-17.
