Assignment description
Assembly production engineer/Product Technician
The Technical Department, in Flen Factory, has the overall responsibility to deliver the production process and Product information to our own site but also to other sites in cooperation with our network. We also are responsible for the factory maintenance. We are organized in three subgroups: production engineering, Product Preparation and Maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced consultant to be part of the Production Engineering team to assist the Assembly of remanufacturing production areas to deliver Production Process, Tools and Equipment, production lay out changes and workstations, following the World class manufacturing principles, driving improvements and standardizations.
Main activities as possible areas of focus:
* Improvements of the Process
* Process chart and flow maps
* Lay Out
* Work Stations
* Equipment and Tools
* Instructions / Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Profile:
* Experience in Assembly process
* Knowledge about the safety routines
* Customer focus and the ability to work cross functionally.
* Able to understand operating principles and establish operating standards and instructions.
* Have challenging and pioneering spirits
* Graduation/Master Degree in Engineering
* Fluent in English and preferrable in Swedish, spoken and written.
