The group People & Culture (P&C) IT Solutions supports Scania with Human Resources (HR) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania's business is changing over time, and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing new technology. We are replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape.
Globalization, digitalization and mobility are examples of trends that are affecting our business environment. We are moving towards SAP SuccessFactors, SaaS and AWS in our IT landscape. One of the key component of our future IT landscape is the HR hub platform that will be a data hub for HR data worldwide.
We are now looking for a Product Owner to join the HR Hub development team and set the data strategy and vision for the platform to make People and Culture data-driven.
Your work assignment
You will be a key member of a global team of 6-7 members comprising of software developers, testers and scrum master currently based in India and Lithuania.
As a Product Owner, you will manage and prioritise the product backlog and be the liaison between the global stakeholders and delivery team. Since the HR Hub is under development and will be an integral part of our target architecture, you will work closely with the Solution Architect to set the vision, scope and roadmap for the platform. As a Product Owner, you will enable HR Hub to build data products for the future and be involved in the digitalisation strategy for the People and Culture area.
You will also continue to drive the change towards an agile way of working together with P&C and work actively to support and guide your business partners based on Scania's values and agile principles.

We believe you are passionate about data, digitalisation and agile methods and you see yourself as a leader.
Skills and personality traits:
• Experience as a Product Owner and passion for agile way of working
• You currently have a leadership role or your aspire to be a leader
• Have experience working with integration platforms
• General IT-knowledge about Cloud solutions, IT-security, infrastructure and integrations
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Experience of digitalization & information management
