Job Description
As Product Manager, focusing on textiles for Eat and Live in the Decoration team at H&M Home, you create growth and profitability through design, quality, price and sustainability. You set the short- and long-term strategy for your category and continuously seize growth opportunities. You are accountable for the Product Category to have relevant, commercial, and sustainable products and assortment, that will enable our customers to create a personal home. As a Product Manager you ensure an efficient, collaborative, and sustainable way of working as well as the customer focus within your product category team, who consist of designers, planners and product developers.
Accountable for timeline, planning and overall communication and to drive Decoration textile Team strategy
Plan and build the assortment in the category and optimize the budget and product mix according to the Assortment Strategy
Set clear expectations for the product development in terms of price, timing, and purpose of the product
Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and a prestige less mindset will be important assets to reach success
Strengths in vision, creating current and commercial products, leadership and likes working fast pace
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience of product development and assortment building
Experience creating products within textiles, home textiles is a big plus
Strong agile and strategic mindset
Experience as a leader, formal or strong informal leader
Have a passion for interior design products
Are driven, structured and take initiatives
Have a strong salesmanship and result orientated
Are a team player with a flexible attitude
See possibilities, improvement, and simple solutions
