As a principal consultant for DNV, you have the opportunity to work with ESG and help businesses prioritize sustainability and social responsibility.
The Role
As a Principal Consultant at DNV, your role will be to lead and build our Sustainability Services team in Sweden and drive the sales growth and delivery of our sustainability services, comprising advisory, reporting and assurance services.
Here are the key responsibilities you can expect in this role:
Contribute to thought leadership published by the team.
Manage accounts.and identify win new customers.
Identify customer needs.that can be served with DNV solutions
Deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Lead project teams and clients
Direct projects
Line management of your team
Ful PL responsibility for these service in Sweden
The exact scope of your responsibilities will differ based on your level of seniority. However, the overall objective will be to ensure that projects are executed to meet or exceed clients' expectations, on time, on budget, and to DNV quality standards. You will also need to proactively seek to identify customer needs through project work and internal collaboration. Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing new services to existing clients and managing existing accounts.
Is this you?
We are looking for someone with a university degree in the area of sustainability, finance, environmental science, business or related field, along with a strong interest and demonstrable experience in ESG, green finance/sustainable finance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take sustainability work into business models and a track record of delivering professional services as a trusted advisor in the domain of sustainability management. We think you have been working in similar roles at least five years. You probably have experience sales and business development in sustainability services, preferably covering areas such as assurance, ESG, green bonds and sustainable finance, digital assurance, supply chain sustainability and risk management, climate change, and sustainability strategy.

You are a team player with strong leadership skills who interacts professionally both internally and externally and you enjoy finding pragmatic new ways to improve processes that positively impact the company business result.
