Picadeli is looking for a Marketing manager for the Swedish market with responsibility of strengthening the brand and contribute to a continued growth and customer satisfaction. In your role as Marketing manager Sweden you'll be reporting to Managing director and work closely with the Head of Marketing and you are also a part of the Swedish Management team. As a leader you are a" doer" that easily combines your excellent strategic skills with a hands on-mentality and clear sales focus. You create and execute, together with your colleagues, the Swedish marketing/activity plan (PR, Store activation, product launches, event, digital marketing). You are responsible for the budget and you will have personnel responsibility for currently two people. As a Marketing Manager you need to have an analytic mind and work with follow-ups and analyzes for customer and consumer surveys as well as assortment and sales data. You will be working close to the Food & Quality department with planogram adjustments for the Swedish market and food development projects.
You have a relevant degree and experience from similar positions (B2C & B2B). You are already experienced and have worked in an international environment with marketing and communication with impressive results! You have experience from more than one company where you have had leading positions within marketing and where you have played the key role in successful campaigns. Being responsible for and working with budget is something you are used to. Digital marketing experience and experience from working within the area of food is valued highly. Of course you are passionate about food and health! Your personality is energizing and you have the mindset that no task is too small or too big. You will do what it takes!
