At Sting, we support startups and help them reach their goals faster. We are the leading incubator/accelerator in the Nordics. Since 2002, we help companies through coaching, investments, PR/Marketing, network, recruitment support and office space.
Our team is around 20 people (plus a lot of experts in our network) and we have helped more than 240 companies over the years.
We are moving!
This fall, we are moving to a new office called A House and that is the reason for this new office coordinator role. We are looking for a new colleague that wants to work as an office coordinator in our new offices.
So, what do you want me to do?
As office coordinator, you will do a wide variety of things such as:
Greet visitors
Make coffee
Empty the dishwasher
Receive packages
Fix smaller technical problems (like trying to figure out why the copy machine is not working)
Assist the Event & Office Manager in a variety of ad hoc tasks relating to the offices or events

In order to succeed in the role, you need to:
• Be prestigeless. Your job is to be fairly broad and you need to be comfortable doing a variety of things.
• Be tech savvy and curious-minded. Sometimes, the problems that you face are of the more technical kind, like fixing the copy machine. We don't expect you to fix all such problems, but it is good if you have an interest in trying to solve them.
• Be service-minded and social. Since you are the first impression for many of the people that visit us, it is important that you like greeting people and making them feel welcome.
• Have great English language skills.
