As our Director of Profit Cluster Sweden and Denmark moves on to new, exciting tasks within Nordic Choice Hotels, we are seeking her successor. The position manages a team consisting of 25 colleagues, whereof five report directly to you, and you are responsible for the development of the team. We are committed always to be the front runner regarding Revenue and Profit Management in the Nordic countries. Ambitious, but so are you.
Legends and myths can be entertaining, but you can prove your skills in management, strategy and analyzing. You are focused, serious and have experience in a similar position. A minimum of bachelor degree in finance, economics or business is required.
The position is supported by the Norwegian department, and you will report to the Director of Total Profit. You will also cooperate with our three hotel chains, different departments, and take part in the strategy to ensure we keep our position as the most innovative company in the business.

We can offer a competitive salary, and the position also includes some travelling in the Nordic countries. You must master a Scandinavian language fluent and written.
