About the position
Perido is looking for a Non-financial Risk Manager on behalf of our client. The client is a large bank that is represented in all Nordic countries. The workplace is characterized by an empowering environment with friendly and welcoming culture. This position is based in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As a Non-Financial Risk Manager, you will work with the banks' operational tools and processes. Your primary task will be to proactively mitigate the operational risks that the business and division hold.
Responsibilities include:
Support the organization in the New Product Approval process (NPA) and assess proposals
Follow up and help prevent incidents
Create relevant internal controls
Key Risk Indicators for the division
Participate and support division in ORSA (Operational Risk Self-Assessment) workshops
Business Continuity Management plans
Call and gather to CMT (Crisis Management Team) meeting when required
Model Risk Governance

Qualifications:
4-7 years of work experience in operational risk or a related area, preferably from financial services or banking
Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
Meritorious:
Experience from information security, climate risk and/ or 3rd party suppliers
Contract type and hours
Full-time, assignment initially 6 months through Perido, thereafter possible takeover by the client. Start ASAP.
