Are you in the beginning of you career and looking for a new challenge within Finance? At Nexus you will have a great opportunity to grow and develop.
We are seated in a bright office at Telefonplan in southern Stockholm. The team belongs to a global finance function, and we work closely with all departments. You will be reporting to our CFO, with the support from an experience team leader.
What will you be doing at Nexus
As a financial assistant in our accounts receivable (kundreskontra) team you will be responsible for
• Ongoing invoicing according to documentation.
• Answer incoming mail and calls.
• Run our collection process
• Settle every transaction correct in our General Ledger.
You will work both as a team with your colleagues, as well as individually and you will be expected to prioritize and structure your work independently.
You will have a lot of contact areas, both internally, but also towards our customers. It is therefore a social role and it is good if you are a person who is not afraid to pick up the phone if needed!
Who are you
We believe that you are in the beginning of your career. You have either studied finance with focus on accounting or work a few years with similar tasks.
As a person you are thorough and energetic and since we are a happy team, we would like to see that you are positive as a person, with a distinct 'can do'-attitude. The work is intense at times and you have no problem rolling up your sleeves when needed.
We think it is more important who you are than what you have done before. You are service-minded and want to go the extra mile to help a customer and ensure that it is dealt with in the best possible way.
Since we have customers in both Sweden and internationally, it is important that you are comfortable with both Swedish and English.
