Marketing Test Analyst - Marketing Department, HQ Stockholm

Do you want to optimize our existing marketing through test results? Are you ready for a new challenge? H&M is looking for a Marketing Test Analyst to join our team based in central Stockholm.

The Customer Analysis team at H&M is part of the Global Marketing Department. We work with customer data and qualitative research to optimize our offers and communication. Our goal is to build a continuously growing and loyal customer base.

Role description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Test Analyst who will oversee measuring the value of our marketing using tests. We use primarily A/B and multivariate hypothesis testing to generate analyses that will support decisions and strategies related to campaigns and sales activities for different marketing channels.

In your role, you will
• Be responsible for our tests and analyses to support strategic decisions within the organization
• Oversee test processes from inception to communication of results
• Conduct statistical analyses in SAS and build reports in Tableau
• Present test results to different stakeholders
• Contribute ideas for future tests
• Take part in projects that require measuring the value of our marketing
• Perform other types of ad hoc analyses regarding our customer base that arise within the organization

We are looking for a Marketing Test Analyst who is enterprising and results-oriented. Test results are presented to many different stakeholders; hence it is important that you can cooperate with other business functions and present complex information in a simple and concise manner. Most of the work is done independently, but you will also take part in different projects that arise within the organization.

We believe that you:
• Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Have relevant higher education, including good statistical knowledge
• Have experience working with a statistical program such as SAS, STATA or R
• Are analytical and able to work in a structured way
• Have worked with the methodology and application of hypothesis testing
• Have a creative mindset since you will develop ideas for future tests
