Kvalifikationer
• You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B campaign/digital marketing
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• You have experience working on multi-faceted digital campaigns
• You have solid understanding of B2B demand gen programs and lead lifecycles
• You have experience of managing agencies and third parties: creative, digital, PR, production, events
• Marketo marketing automation, Wordpress and Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Big plus: Someone who has been working in SaaS is ideal, fintech even better.

Job Description
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the demand generation efforts in order to hit revenue goals through a mix of lead generation, brand awareness and partner marketing campaigns. You will report to the EMEA Marketing Director.

Primary responsibilities:
• Develop a high-impact marketing strategy and implement programs to drive demand and build pipeline for new business and existing customer growth
• Create a sustained lead funnel using a mix of marketing channels, including advertising, local website, email campaigns, webinars, ABM, events, SEO, SEM and content distribution
• Oversee, manage, and optimize programs to increase conversion from net-new names to qualified leads to sales meetings and opportunities
• Own the local Swedish website and implement optimization strategies to create a high-performing inbound machine
• Develop the internal and external event strategy to support lead generation efforts
• Liaise with internal teams to manage the marketing data universe; maintaining contact details are accurate and up to date, and qualify and administer leads generated by Marketing in a timely manner
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize the success of campaigns and report on success showing ROI
• Work closely and build good relationships with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and global Marketing teams to ensure their programs are meeting and exceeding goals
