The Lectra Sweden team is looking for an enthusiastic:
Located in Boras (Sweden) and after a training period during which you will gain all knowledge on the Lectra offer
and on our customers' industries, you will be responsible for the implementation in Sweden and Finland of the projects
defined by the Marketing Department based in Belgium. You will also support the sales team in the prospection phase
and for the order administration process in Sweden. For this job we offer a fixed-term contract from 15 April until end
September 2009 as we are looking for a replacement due to a maternity leave.
Your main contributions will include:
* Marketing and Events
* Implement marketing campaigns supported by telemarketing
or telesales actions
* Coordinate upcoming trade shows and seminar events
* Update and enrich the local database by using our corporate
CRM tool
* External and internal Communication
* Participate in the launch of new products and promote the Lectra offer using the appropriate channels (websites,
newsletter, brochures & collaterals, press releases, :)
* Develop local communication tools and translate corporate
tools in local language
* Identify press opportunities and deal with the creation and the distribution of press releases.
* Support sales team with sales administration
* Prospect and initiate first contact to detect opportunities & interest
You will work closely together with all the Northern Europe
team members.
* 3 - year degree in Marketing/Communications
* First working experience in Marketing is recommended
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent writing skills to transform key messages in a commercial and easy to read text
* Independent, proactive and accurate working method
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Fluency in English is required (speaking and
writing), knowledge of the Finnish language is a plus.
