In this role you will report to Head of Test and Continuous Integration (TCI) and be part of the PDU CDS TCI Leadership team.
We are part of PDU Compute and Digital Silicon (CDS) within DNEW. The Sector is responsible for RAN Compute, Street Macro, Radio GW, Site products, RAN Infrastructure solutions in multiple RA 's and ESP focusing on: Test strategy, Integration methodology, RAN+ E2E test execution and SW Production.
You will be responsible for leading one of the Sectors Test sections with focus to secure efficient Test, Integration and troubleshooting inline with the sectors' strategy, responsibility and assignments (HW and SW).
You as leadership team member will work closely with the other units within the DNEW CDS Test and Continuous Integration Sector where collaboration, sharing and learning is a must for us to succeed together as a team.
Your stakeholders are in PDG 's and NSV/DPS /NPO cross DNEW.
What you will do
Recruit and Lead a group of developers responsible for test and integration with focus on RAN Compute and Street-Macro products.
Leverage team and individual capabilities towards efficient and effective product development
Coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations (ramp up key capabilities such as automation, ML/AI and cloud native)
In your daily work interact with a multiple number of RA programs, ESP programs, and other PDU's across DNEW
Support the ongoing product development, identify flow optimization and quality improvement opportunities, and remove impediment
Work proactively with integration, test execution, automation, methodology and improvements together with CDS sectors, RA/module programs and cross DNEW organization
Strategically evolve business directions and the needed capability and contribute to sector operations
Proactively engage in customer centric development - ensuring we as a company succeed in delivering our commitments to customers
Drive and contribute to the PDU CDS and TCI strategy execution
Drive organizational development by identifying and utilizing new engagement
Employ Agile WoW, lean mindset, and customer centricity culture in your unit
You will bring
Experience of being able to lead with empathy and humanness to motivate, develop and inspire teams and role model appropriate standards of behavior through uncompromising integrity
Significant experience in working with complex products consisting of both HW and SW and preferably experience working in larger distributed organizations
Fact-based timely decisions- Not afraid to make tough decisions
Analytical, structured, results oriented, proactive, responsible, strategic, persistent
Strong technical and product development background in any of following (system, design, verification)
Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills
Ability to understand customer insights and value creating opportunities - Customer focused- E2E focus
Flexible and comfortable with frequent context-switching

Strong advantage if you have
Competencies in Ericsson Radio System architecture, solutions, and development flows (HW and SW)
Competence and experience with test methodologies, DNEW Test and CI flows and strategy
Experience in working with Node/RAN verification of 4G, 5G technology
